Integrations overview

What the Integrations page does — sending your campaign replies into the tools you already work in, and where to find it.

Grassfed collects every reply your campaigns get in the Inbox. The Integrations page is how you get those replies out of Grassfed and into the tools you already run your day from — so a neighbor who writes back becomes a contact in your CRM, or a row in your reporting sheet, without you exporting anything or copying and pasting.

The page says it plainly at the top: "Connect the tools you already work in. Replies from your campaigns flow straight through — no exporting, no copy-paste."

Where to find it

Integrations lives under Settings, at app.grsfd.ai/portal/settings/integrations.

  • Open Settings from the portal's top navigation, then pick Integrations in the left rail, under the Workspace group.

  • It works the same on a phone: Settings is one of the four buttons in the bottom tab bar, and the rail is at the top of the Settings page.

  • If you have an old /portal/integrations bookmark, it still works — it forwards to the new address.

What you can connect

The page always lists every integration Grassfed offers, connected or not, so you can see what is available without having to know it exists first. Today that is two:

Integration

What connecting it does

Follow Up Boss

Pushes every lead who replies to your campaigns straight into Follow Up Boss, so your CRM and your inbox never drift apart.

Smartsheet

Mirrors your replies into a Smartsheet row by row, mapped onto the columns you already use for reporting.

Follow Up Boss is connected here, but used from the Inbox: once it is on, every conversation grows a Send to Follow Up Boss button in its header. Sending a lead to your CRM covers what that button does.

Each one is a card showing its name, what it does, its current status, and the buttons to act on it. A card you have not connected shows a Connect button. A connected card grows a status badge, a masked hint of the credential you saved, an On/Paused switch, and a Configure / Disconnect pair.

Note — Nothing here changes what your campaigns send

Integrations only move information out of Grassfed after a reply arrives. Connecting or disconnecting one never changes who your campaigns email, what they say, or what you are billed.

Your credentials are stored encrypted

Connecting an integration means pasting a key or token from the other product. Grassfed stores it encrypted, and it is never shown back to you — once saved, the only thing the page will ever display is the last four characters (•••• 8f2a). That is deliberate: it is enough for you to tell one key from another, and not enough to be worth anything to anybody else.

If you lose track of which key you used, you do not recover it from Grassfed — you generate a fresh one in the other product and paste that in.

"Carried over" connections

If you were with Grassfed before the new portal, your integrations came with you. Those cards arrive already connected and carry a Carried over badge next to their status, meaning the connection was migrated from the old system rather than set up by you here.

There is nothing you need to do about a carried-over connection — it works exactly like one you set up yourself, and you can configure, pause or disconnect it the same way. If it ever shows Needs attention, reconnect it with a fresh credential from the vendor.

Where to go from here

  • Connecting your tools — step by step for Follow Up Boss and Smartsheet, including where to get each credential.

  • Integrations reference — every status, every field, and the difference between pausing and disconnecting.

  • Inbox overview — where the replies these integrations forward come from in the first place.
