The Account page ("Profile, MLS, billing" in the Settings rail) holds your profile, your MLS connection info, and your billing card. Here is how to keep each current.

The Account settings page showing the editable Profile card, the read-only MLS connections card, and the Billing card with the card on file and the Update card button.

Edit your profile

  1. Open Settings → Account and select Edit on the Profile card.

  2. Update any of Name, Email, Phone, Brokerage, or Location. Name is required; the others can be cleared.

  3. Select Save changes.

Important — Changing your email changes your login

The email field is also your sign-in address — the form says so right under the field. After saving a new email, use the new address the next time you sign in.

The MLS connections card below the profile is read-only: your MLS ID(s), your Tier, and your Monthly cap are managed by Grassfed. If any of them look wrong, contact Grassfed — the Settings reference explains why these are locked.

Update your card on file

The Billing card shows the card Grassfed bills — brand, last four digits, and expiry — or "No card on file".

  1. Select Update card.

  2. You are taken to a secure Stripe page to enter the new card. Grassfed never sees or stores your full card number.

  3. When you finish, you return to the portal and the new card shows on the Billing card.

Updating replaces the previous card — future campaign charges use the new one. There is no remove card button; to take a card off the account entirely, contact your Grassfed rep. As the page itself puts it: "Use Update card to add or replace the card we bill. Your invoices and payment history are under Settings → Billing."

View your invoices

Invoices live on the Billing page, not here. Open Settings → Billing and select any row in the payment history — that table is your invoice history, and each row opens an Invoice panel with the campaign's value, any promo or credit applied, what you were actually charged, and the Stripe reference. See Reading your billing history & managing payment.

For what you are charged and when, see the Billing section — in short, a campaign is billed when you approve it, and the authorization terms are spelled out in the disclosure text at the bottom of the Billing card.
