Settings is a page of its own at /portal/settings, reached from the Settings button in the portal's top navigation (or from Settings in the menu behind your avatar). It is the home for everything about your account — as opposed to any single campaign.
The Settings rail
Down the left of the page is a rail with the entries grouped into Campaign Setup, Account, and Workspace.
Entry | Group | In the rail | What you do there |
Approvals | Campaign Setup | "Campaigns waiting on you" | Give campaigns your go-ahead — a badge shows how many are waiting. |
Copy | Campaign Setup | "Edit your email templates" | Read the exact emails your campaigns send, and submit changes for review. |
Signature | Campaign Setup | "The footer on every email" | Edit the signature block appended to every campaign email, with a live preview. |
Filters | Campaign Setup | "What triggers a campaign" | Decide which listing events become campaigns — event types, property class, a floor on your own listing price, a monthly cap — and who we contact around them: a floor on neighboring property value, property types to exclude, and ZIP rules. |
Suppression | Campaign Setup | "People to never email" | Keep a list of email addresses your campaigns must never contact. |
Account | Account | "Profile, MLS, billing" | Your profile details, your MLS connection info, and your card on file. |
Users | Account | "Who can access this account" | Everyone who can sign in to your account: invite a teammate, remove one, and set who gets emailed. |
Notifications | Account | "Email + SMS preferences" | Choose how Grassfed nudges you when things happen. |
Billing | Account | "Payment history + investment" | Your card on file, your payment history and totals, and the invoice behind each payment — covered in the Billing section of this manual. Account owners only. |
Integrations | Workspace | "Follow Up Boss, Smartsheet" | Connect your CRM so replies land where you already work. |
Docs | Workspace | "The GRSFD agent manual" | This manual, at |
Owners and members
More than one person can sign in to your account, and there are two levels of access. An owner can do everything, including billing and adding or removing people. A member gets the whole portal except billing and user management — right for an assistant or coordinator who works your leads but has no business in your card details. Your original login is an owner.
What each role can do, and how to invite someone, is in Managing who can access your account. If you are a member, the Billing entry simply is not in your Settings rail.
What you control vs. what Grassfed manages
The split is deliberate:
You control everything about how you present yourself (profile, signature wording, email copy) and everything about your appetite (which events trigger campaigns, price floor, monthly cap, ZIPs, who never gets emailed, how you are notified).
Grassfed manages the pieces that carry compliance or contractual weight: your license number and state and the legal disclaimer in your signature, your MLS ID, your pricing tier, and your monthly campaign cap. These are read-only in the portal — contact Grassfed to change them. The reasons are explained field-by-field in the Settings reference.
Some of your changes also go through a quick review before they take effect — email copy is the main one, because it is sent under your name to the public. The Settings reference lists exactly which changes apply instantly and which are reviewed.
