Review your payment history
Open the portal menu and select Billing (it sits alongside Settings).
Read the three tiles for the big picture — total invested, campaigns funded, and your credit balance. Each tile is defined in Your billing page.
Scan the table below for the detail: every row is one payment, with its date, campaign address, reference, status, and amount.
To reconcile against your card statement, match the Reference column — it's the same reference Stripe puts on the charge.
Note — A row marked Failed
A Failed row means a charge didn't go through and the campaign it funds is on hold. The fix is simply updating your card (below) — the payment retries and the campaign resumes. You'll also have an email from Grassfed with a direct update link.
Open the invoice for a payment
The payment history table is your invoice history — there is no separate invoice page and no Stripe portal to visit.
On the Billing page, select any row in the payment history. (If you're on the keyboard, focus the row and press Enter or Space.)
An Invoice panel opens on the right with that one payment broken down: the campaign, the campaign's value, any promo or campaign credit that was applied, the amount actually charged, and the Stripe reference.
Close it and open another row to compare. Every line is defined in Your billing page.
Note — A $0 row is not an error
When a prepaid credit covers a campaign, the charge is $0 and no money moves — so there is no Stripe reference to show. The invoice says so, and the green banner tells you what the credit saved you.
Update your card on file
Your card on file sits at the top of the Billing page, and the same block is on Settings → Account. Either one works:
Go to Billing (or Settings → Account).
Select Update card. A secure Stripe checkout page opens.
Enter the new card. It becomes the card we bill for future approvals, and any on-hold payment is retried against it.
Grassfed never sees or stores your card number — the checkout page is hosted by Stripe. There is no remove card button: to take a card off your account entirely, contact your Grassfed rep. For the full account-page walkthrough, see your account settings.
Important — Keep the card current
An expired card doesn't just fail a payment — it holds the campaign behind it. If you get a new card, update it here before your next approval.
