Some properties deserve a bigger splash. Before you approve a campaign, you can upgrade that one campaign to a higher tier — a bigger neighbor list — by paying only the difference between the two tier prices. Your default tier, and every other campaign, stays exactly as it was.
Before you start
The upgrade is offered only while the campaign is waiting in your Approvals queue. Once approved (or expired), the button is gone for that campaign.
It is a one-time move per campaign — you can't upgrade twice, and you can't downgrade.
Upgrading is owner-only. If you are a member on someone else's account you can see the tier options and what each would cost, but the purchase is refused — ask an account owner. See Managing who can access your account.
The extra amount is charged to your card immediately. The campaign price itself is still charged at approval as usual, minus what you already paid — so in total the campaign costs exactly the new tier's price.
Upgrade a campaign
Open Approvals and find the campaign.
Select Upgrade tier on its row. The Upgrade this campaign dialog opens.
Pick the tier you want. Each option shows its neighbor-list target, the full tier price, and — most importantly — the extra amount payable now (for example, moving from Tier 1 to Tier 2 shows +$100).
Type the amount to confirm. The dialog asks you to type the exact extra amount (e.g.
100) into the confirmation field. This is deliberate friction — it's a real charge, and we want the number in your head before it's on your card. The helper text confirms: "We'll charge {amount} to your card on file right now. Nothing else changes until the campaign is approved." If what you typed doesn't match, the button stays disabled.Select Pay {amount} & upgrade.
You'll see a Campaign upgraded confirmation with the tier, the amount charged, and the new lead target. Back on the Approvals row, the Approve button now reflects the remaining balance.
Note — No card on file?
If we don't have a card for your account yet, the dialog shows an Add a card button instead of charging. It opens a secure Stripe page to save your card, and then brings you right back to finish the upgrade.
Important — Upgrades are per-campaign, not permanent
Upgrading here never changes your default tier. If you want every future campaign at a higher tier, ask Grassfed to change your account tier instead.
