This page defines every label you'll meet on the Approvals and Campaigns pages.
Campaign statuses
The Campaigns page groups every campaign into two buckets, selectable with the All / Running / Complete filter chips at the top of the list.
Group | What it means |
Running | The campaign is in flight — anywhere from freshly approved and being built, to actively sending. A campaign waiting on your approval also sits here. |
Complete | The campaign has finished sending. Its stats, map, and replies remain available. |
Within the Running group, the badge on each row tells you the current stage:
Badge | What it means |
Live (green) | Emails are going out right now, or the send is mid-flight. |
Approval needed (amber) | The campaign is on your Approvals page waiting for a decision. Nothing is billed or sent until you approve. Hover the badge and it spells out the longer phrase, "Awaiting your approval". |
Other stage badges (grey) | The campaign is being prepared — Grassfed is building the neighbor list and getting the send ready. No action needed from you. |
Complete (blue, with a check) | Finished. Shown when the Complete filter — or All — is active. |
Event types
Every campaign is anchored to one MLS event on one of your properties:
Label | Triggered by |
Just Listed | A new listing of yours hits the market. |
Just Sold | A property of yours sells. |
Just Closed | A sale of yours closes. |
Open House | You schedule an open house. |
The same four labels appear as filter chips on the Campaigns page and as the colored pill on every campaign and approval row.
The approval deadline
A campaign waits on your Approvals page for 10 business days from the day it was requested. The row shows a countdown badge:
"{n} days left · by {date}" — time remaining. The badge turns amber when 3 or fewer days remain.
"Expired {date}" (red) — the window closed. An expired campaign cannot be approved and will not run.
Important — Expired means gone
There is no way to revive an expired approval from the portal. If a campaign expired that you wanted to run, contact Grassfed.
Tiers and pricing
Your tier sets the size of the neighbor list each campaign builds toward, and the per-campaign price:
Tier | Neighbor list target | Price per campaign |
Tier 1 | 250 leads | $175 |
Tier 2 | 500 leads | $275 |
Tier 3 | 1,000 leads | $550 |
Your account has a default tier (shown on Settings → Account), and every campaign is priced at that tier unless you upgrade it. Upgrading a single campaign before approval charges only the difference between the two tier prices — see Upgrading your campaign tier.
Campaign credits
If you prepaid for a package of campaigns, approvals draw from your credit balance instead of charging your card — one credit covers one campaign, at any tier. Your balance is shown on the Billing page.
