This page is the lookup table for signing in: what each screen and message means, and what your account can (and cannot) see once you're in.
Messages on the sign-in screen
You see | It means | What to do |
"Invalid login credentials" | The email and password did not match. | Check the email address first — a typo there produces the same message as a wrong password. |
"Enter your email address first, then click "Forgot password?" again." | You selected Forgot password? with the Email field empty. | Type your email into the field, then select Forgot password? again. |
"That doesn't look like an email address." | The text in the Email field isn't a valid address. | Fix the typo and try again. |
"Too many reset requests for this address. Wait about 15 minutes and try again, or contact support." | You've requested several reset links in a short window. | Wait about 15 minutes, then request one link and use it. |
"We couldn't send the reset email just now. Please try again in a moment." | A temporary hiccup on Grassfed's side. | Try again in a minute or two. |
Check your email — "If an account exists for your address, we've sent it a password-reset link." | Your reset request went through. | Open the newest "Reset your Grassfed password" email and follow the link. |
While the reset request is in flight the button reads Sending reset link…, and while a sign-in is in flight the button reads Signing in… — both are normal and pass in a moment.
States of the reset-password screen
The reset link takes you to a Set a new password screen, which can be in one of four states:
You see | It means |
"Verifying link…" | The screen is checking your reset link. Give it a second. |
"This reset link is invalid or has expired. Go back to the login page and request a new one via "Forgot password?"." | The link was already used, has expired, or was opened on a different device or browser than expected. Request a fresh one. |
The New password / Confirm password form | Your link checked out — choose a new password. |
"Password updated — signing you in…" | Done. You're being taken into your portal, already signed in. |
While setting the password you may see two validation messages: "Password must be at least 8 characters." and "Passwords do not match." — both mean exactly what they say.
What your login can see
Everyone signs in at the same address, and the site routes you by role:
Agents land in the portal — your dashboard, campaigns, inbox, leads, billing, and settings. You see only your own account: your campaigns, your replies, your payment history. No other agent can see yours, and you can't see theirs.
Grassfed's team lands in a separate operations console that agents cannot reach.
Note — One login, every device
Your session stays signed in per device. Signing in on your phone doesn't sign you out on your laptop — day to day you'll usually skip the sign-in screen entirely.
