You can reset your password without contacting anyone. The whole flow starts and ends at app.grsfd.ai — you request a link, open it from your email, and choose a new password.
Request the reset link
Go to app.grsfd.ai and type your email address into the Email field. The reset link goes to whatever address is in that field, so fill it in first.
Select Forgot password? below the Sign in button.
You'll see a confirmation headed Check your email: "If an account exists for your address, we've sent it a password-reset link."
Note — The confirmation is deliberately vague
The screen says "if an account exists" no matter what you type — that wording protects your account by never confirming to a stranger which addresses are registered. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then make sure you used the address your Grassfed welcome email arrived at.
Open the email and set a new password
Find the email with the subject "Reset your Grassfed password" and select the Reset password button. Open it on the same device you want to sign in on.
You land on the Set a new password screen. Enter your new password in New password and again in Confirm password. It must be at least 8 characters, and the two fields must match.
Select Update password. You'll briefly see "Password updated — signing you in…" and then land in your portal, already signed in.
If something goes wrong
"This reset link is invalid or has expired." Reset links are single-use and expire quickly. Go back to the sign-in page and request a fresh one via Forgot password? — and open the newest email, not an older one.
"Too many reset requests for this address." Wait about 15 minutes and try again.
No email at all? Check spam, confirm the address, and if you're still stuck, reply to your onboarding thread — Grassfed can confirm which email your account uses and send a reset for you.
