Your Grassfed portal lives at app.grsfd.ai. It is the same address whether you are on a laptop or a phone — there is no separate app to install.
Sign in
Enter the email address Grassfed set your account up with. It is the address your welcome email arrived at — not necessarily the one on your business card.
Enter your password.
Select Sign in.
You land on your dashboard. Your session stays signed in on that device, so day to day you will usually go straight to the dashboard without seeing this screen.
Note — Signing in on a phone
The portal is the same site on mobile — the four sections move to a tab bar along the bottom of the screen, and everything else works the way it does on a laptop.
If you can't get in
"Invalid login credentials" means the email and password did not match. Check the address first; a typo there produces the same message as a wrong password.
Forgot your password? Select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen — the full walk-through is in Resetting your password. The reset email arrives from Grassfed and the link is single-use — request a fresh one rather than re-using an old email.
Still stuck? Reply to your onboarding thread. Grassfed can confirm which email address your account is bound to and re-send an invite.
Important — One account, one agent
Your login is bound to your agent record. If several people at your brokerage need access, ask Grassfed to set each of them up rather than sharing one password — shared logins make the activity history unreadable.
