Welcome to Grassfed

What Grassfed does for you, what each part of the portal is for, and who signs in where.

Grassfed markets your listings to the neighbors around them. When one of your MLS listings goes live, sells, or closes, Grassfed builds an email campaign to the surrounding homeowners — written in your voice, signed with your signature — and puts you in front of the people most likely to be your next clients. Your portal at app.grsfd.ai is where you watch it happen, approve new campaigns, and answer the neighbors who write back.

The portal at a glance

The top of the portal carries five buttons — Home, Inbox, Leads, Campaigns, Settings — and the GRSFD logo in the top-left corner also takes you back to Home from anywhere.

  • Home — your recent wins and your all-time activity snapshot: how many emails have gone out, how many neighbors have been contacted, how many replied, an estimate of how many read, plus your most recent campaigns, a map of your neighborhood coverage, and your last 30 days. It is the screen you land on after signing in.

  • Inbox — every reply from a neighbor, organized into conversations. You read and answer them here, as yourself, without leaving the portal.

  • Leads — the contact list behind your campaigns: every neighbor a campaign has reached, with their email details, grouped campaign by campaign.

  • Campaigns — one row per campaign, filterable by what is running and what is complete, with each campaign's sends, replies, and a coverage map you can open beside the list.

  • Settings — everything you configure, on one page with a grouped left rail. Campaign Setup holds campaigns waiting on your go-ahead (Approvals — nothing is billed or sent until you approve, and a badge on the Settings button tells you when something is waiting), your email templates (Copy), the footer on every email (Signature), what triggers a campaign (Filters), and people to never email (Suppression). Account holds your profile and card on file (Account), who else can sign in (Users), your notification preferences (Notifications), and your payment history (Billing). Workspace holds your CRM connections (Integrations) and this manual (Docs).

Your avatar in the top-right corner opens an account menu with Settings, Docs, and Sign out.

What this portal covers, and what it doesn't

Grassfed runs two things. The one you manage here is neighbor outreach — campaigns triggered by a listing event on or near your listings (just listed, just sold, just closed, open house). Every screen in this manual is about that product.

Grassfed also runs broader geographic farming work for some agents. That is arranged directly with the Grassfed team and is not managed in this portal, so it does not appear in your Campaigns list or your billing history here. If you are unsure which one a piece of work belongs to, ask in the chat — see Getting help.

Who signs in here

The portal is for agents — it is your view of your own campaigns and nothing else. Grassfed's own team works in a separate console, so you will never see (or be seen by) another agent's account. Everyone signs in at the same address; the site simply takes you to the right place for your role.

Note — New here?

Start with Logging in. Your welcome email contains a sign-in link that gets you into the portal the first time.
